From managing 12 MFG fuel forecourts across England and Wales to running Dosa Corner restaurant in Dudley, Frango's chicken shops, Chennaiwala catering, and two online retail brands — our leadership team is directly involved in operations at every level.

Where does MR Groups operate?

Which brands and franchises are run by the group?
We operate 12 fuel forecourt sites franchised under Motor Fuel Group (MFG) and SGN carrying fuel brands such as BP, Texaco, Esso, and Morrisons. In hospitality, we own and operate Dosa Corner (South Indian restaurant in Dudley), Russell Hall Café, Frango's (quick-service chicken shops in Burton and coming soon to Lye), Chennaiwala Catering, and the Prince Banqueting Suite.
How does MR Groups support local communities?
We believe in hands-on, community-focused operations. We employ 50+ local staff members across our Midlands sites, source fresh inventory from local food supply chains, and keep our key retail services running 24/7. By keeping management active on the ground, we ensure high compliance and high standards for all our sites.
Can customers order online from Liquor Cart and Chennaiwala Groceries?
Both platforms are in active development. Liquor Cart will offer premium home delivery of spirits, wines, and beers. Chennaiwala Groceries will serve families and commercial caterers with spices, lentils, rice, frozen foods, and cash-and-carry wholesale bulk orders. Check our E-Commerce page for launch updates.
Is Chennaiwala affiliated with the catering services and party hall?
Yes, both are operated under the Chennaiwala brand by MR Groups. Chennaiwala Catering provides premium South Indian wedding and corporate catering, while Prince Banqueting Suite is our private banqueting venue that accommodates up to 600 guests in our main hall, or 700 guests across both floors combined, with fully integrated in-house catering.
