Welcome to MR Groups. By accessing or using our websites, purchasing from our e-commerce platform, or visiting our physical forecourts, cafes, and restaurants, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Operational Terms

All transactions, including fuel refueling, convenience purchases, and hospitality dining, are subject to local UK laws and trade regulations. We reserve the right to alter pricing, operational opening hours, or product ranges at any point without prior notice.

2. E-Commerce Purchases

When placing orders on our headless e-commerce store, order processing and checkouts are executed securely via Shopify's checkout layer. Orders are subject to inventory verification. In the event of pricing discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. Event Spaces & Booking

Deposits and booking agreements for our banqueting and Party Halls are regulated under dedicated hire contracts, which will be provided separately at the point of booking validation. Cancellations are subject to terms specified within individual hire agreements.
